What does Authemis bring to the repair order process?
Faster RO appraisals
Authemis uses an appraisal performed with labor rate. When an RO is generated, it is recalculated to the LR agreed with the workshop without the need for a new appraisal or budget. What does the process consist of?
Phase 1.
Conditions agreed with the workshops
The workshops have their own profile and access where they have the repair orders recalculated with the conditions agreed with each one of them. The workshops can only repair the elements indicated in the RO and their profile has the necessary utilities to request extension, modification of availability dates, documentation, contribution of images, etc.
Phase 2.
Workshop selection
In the next phase, the repair shop selection is made from the same file once the damage is taken. The Appraisal is recalculated at the prices agreed with it.
